Job description
Sumo Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a Family Medicine and Urgent Care locum assignment in Naturita, Colorado. This role serves a non‑profit Rural Health Clinic for patients of all ages.
The selected clinician will be the sole medical provider, covering 4 ten‑hour shifts per week with Monday–Friday schedule and EMR Athena. Active Colorado license, FNP certification, and 2+ years of experience required.
