Job description
Access Medical Clinic seeks a Clinic Advanced Practitioner (APP) — an APRN or PA — to serve as the primary care provider in a Rural Health Clinic setting. You will perform comprehensive assessments, diagnose and manage conditions, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care across the care team.
You’ll document encounters in the EMR, prescribe therapies, and mentor nursing and support staff, while adhering to HIPAA and regulatory requirements.
