Job description
Clinical Management Consultants is seeking a Hospital Medical Records Director to lead the Health Information Management team in rural Southeast Colorado, ensuring accurate, accessible, and secure patient records that support quality care.
You will direct daily HIM operations, coach staff, monitor productivity and quality, ensure compliance with federal/state regulations, oversee release-of-information and audits, and drive data governance.
