Job description
Valcore Health in Region 6 (GROW/NEST) is seeking a licensed APRN/FNP to provide prenatal, postpartum, contraception, and reproductive care across clinic, home, and telehealth settings in Jefferson, Jennings, and Switzerland counties.
You will work under a Medical Director Collaborative and coordinate with OB/GYN, MFM, hospitals, and community partners to ensure high-risk patients receive timely escalation and comprehensive support.
