Job Description Summary
MUSC Health is seeking a full‑time BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join MUSC Health Primary Care – Bamberg. This is an opportunity to build a rewarding career within a well‑known academic health system while also positively impacting rural healthcare access in South Carolina.
Required Qualifications
BC/BE in Family or Internal Medicine
Unrestricted South Carolina licensure
Federal and state‑controlled substance registration
Position Highlights
Monday–Thursday: 8 am–12 pm and 1 pm–5 pm; Friday 8 am–12 pm
20–25 patients per day, on average
Team includes 2 experienced Physician Assistants and dedicated support staff
Ideal candidates will have an interest in working with a diverse patient demographic and experienced Advanced Practice Providers
