Job description
Rochester Regional Health is seeking a Primary Care Advanced Practice Provider to join Edwards Health Center in Edwards, NY. You will serve as the primary provider for the practice, manage your own patient panel, and deliver comprehensive care in a rural community setting with autonomy and strong support from the RRH system.
Responsibilities include evaluating and treating acute and chronic conditions, coordinating care, and maintaining complete clinical documentation.
