Job description
Horizon Health in Howard/De Smet, SD is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide direct patient care for all patients. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a rural community.
New graduates are encouraged to apply. Successful candidates must be licensed or able to obtain licensure in South Dakota, with certification from an accredited organization or obtained prior to employment.
