Job description
Community Health Care Systems, Inc. (CHCS) is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Wrightsville Clinic and Johnson County School Clinic in Wrightsville, Georgia. The role focuses on outpatient primary care for patients across the lifespan in a rural community setting.
The NP/PA will work with a multidisciplinary team, provide exams, diagnoses, treatment, preventive care, and school-based health services, while maintaining EMR documentation and adhering to CHCS policies.
