Job description
Community Health Programs (CHP) seeks a Physician to join a dedicated team delivering comprehensive primary care across the Berkshires. The role includes routine and emergency clinic care, health promotion, and preventive medicine in a mission-driven FQHC setting.
Ideal candidates will be board-certified or board-eligible, with an active MA medical license, USMLE licensing, and 3+ years of practice; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. CHP supports health equity and community-centered care.
