Job description
SSM Health is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join an established rural clinic in Chandler, Oklahoma. This 1.0 FTE position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with a strong emphasis on outpatient care and meaningful patient relationships.
The incoming physician will join a stable practice with an established patient panel and a typical daily volume of 20–25 visits, supported by in-clinic lab, X-ray and EKG services. Visa sponsorship is available.
