Job description

Hopscotch Primary Care in North Carolina seeks a Primary Care Physician to lead clinic teams and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care within the Hopscotch care model. You will collaborate with a comprehensive care team to coordinate care across physicians and the broader health continuum.

This role requires 2+ years post-residency, Board Certification in Internal or Family Medicine, active NC license, and eligibility to work in the US.
