Role Overview
Help improve next-generation AI systems by applying native-level Russian language expertise to audio-based evaluations. This remote contractor role focuses on assessing how naturally and fluently Russian is spoken, then providing clear English-language feedback. Prior AI experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities
Listen to Russian audio clips and evaluate speaker or model-output nativeness and fluency.
Assess pronunciation, intonation, and linguistic authenticity using established guidelines.
Document evaluations in clear, concise English, identifying relevant linguistic factors.
Provide detailed justifications that support consistent, understandable results.
Work with project coordinators to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities in language content.
Share insights that improve AI understanding and generation of Russian.
Complete assigned audio-review tasks accurately, on time, and to high quality standards.
Qualifications
Native-level Russian proficiency, including spoken and written language.
At least B2 English proficiency, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to explain nuanced language differences clearly and accurately.
Background in voice specialization, linguistics, phonetics, music or audio engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Experience with audio analysis, transcription, or linguistic assessment is highly valued.
Familiarity with media, communications, or teaching is an asset.
Work Terms
Remote contract engagement.
Compensation
$30 to $65 per hour.
