Compensation: HOURLY PLUS COMMISSION
nnAirstream Inland Empire is looking for an EXPERIENCED RV ORIENATION SPECIALIST / SERVICE ADVISOR AIRSTREAM EXPERIENCE PREFFRED BUT NOT REQUIRED! We are looking for, dedicated team player who possesses a positive attitude!
nnnJOB DESCRIPTION:
nnMeet & confer with all sales/service customers
nComplete service orders provided on due bills
nDelegate work to technicians from work orders
nPerform estimates for time and parts required
nComplete work order once service is complete
nProvided detail orientation on recently purchased units
nREQUIREMENTS:
nStrong work ethic and commitment to integrity
nPrevious experience as a service advisor/writer in the automotive industry
nRV industry experience preferred, will train the right individual
nBasic RV technical knowledge is an asset
nExperience with scheduling
nGood telephone skills
nCustomer service skills essential
nProblem solving skills and basic computer skills are an asset
nMust be able to provide excellent customer service
nPrevious service writing experienced preferred
nWorking knowledge of the CDK system
nMust be willing to work weekends
