Job description
Camping World is seeking a high-energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business. You will lead the sales process for new and used RVs, conduct demo rides and presentations, and collaborate with the F&I and Sales Management teams to close deals.
Starting with a guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions, you can choose to stay with base+flat commissions or transition to a 100% commission plan after 30 days. Expect opportunities for significant earnings including year-end bonuses.
