Camping World is seeking an energetic RV Sales Associate to grow the business by selling new and used RVs and delivering a top-quality customer experience.
Your drive determines your paycheck with a guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions; after 30 days you may move to a 100% commission-based plan. The role includes demonstrations, close collaboration with F&I and sales management, and a no-pressure sales approach.
