Job description
Camping World in Lakewood Township, NJ is seeking an energetic RV Sales Associate to grow the business and drive sales of new and used RVs. The role offers a base hourly rate with flat-rate commissions and potential for significant earnings through bonuses and commissions.
You will lead customer interactions, conduct ride-along demonstrations, and collaborate with F&I and sales management to close deals. A high school diploma and 2+ years in sales are preferred.
