Job description
Camping World in Katy, TX is seeking a high-energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business by selling new and used RVs while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
You will demonstrate units, close sales with F&I and Sales Management, and follow up with customers using a no-pressure, high-integrity approach. Starting pay includes a guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions, with earning potential after 30 days and options for base+commission or 100% commission plans.
