RV Technician

We're looking for an experienced RV Technician who is reliable, hardworking, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a team that values quality, teamwork, and accountability.
What You'll Do
Diagnose and repair RV electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, propane, and mechanical systems.
Perform warranty, customer-pay, maintenance, inspections, and installations.
Troubleshoot problems and complete quality repairs.
Communicate with Service Advisors about diagnosis, parts, and repair status.
Keep your work area safe, clean, and organized.
Take pride in doing the job right the first time.
What We're Looking For
2+ years of RV Technician experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of RV systems and troubleshooting.
Reliable attendance and dependable work habits.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated, hardworking, and team-oriented.
RVIA/RVDA certification preferred, but experience matters.
Flat-Rate Pay - Earn Based on Your Productivity
This position is flat-rate , meaning you are paid based on the labor hours you complete and are credited for.
Your productivity can directly impact your paycheck.
