Job description
AstraZeneca in Wilmington, Delaware seeks a senior leader to shape US payer-ready evidence for Airsupra and Breztri. You will design real-world evidence programs, lead observational studies, and translate findings into value narratives for payers, health systems, and policy makers.
With 5+ years in RWE and advanced training in epidemiology, health economics, or biostatistics, you will collaborate across Medical, Market Access, and Brand teams to drive access and outcomes in the US.
