Join a market-leading RWI underwriting team in New York! Our client is a premier transactional risk insurer seeking a sharp corporate attorney (2-5 years, NY law firm) ready to transition into a fast-paced, deal-focused underwriting role.
What You'll Do
Assess M&A deals and legal diligence
Analyze purchase agreements and identify key risks
Help craft innovative RWI coverage solutions
Work directly with top private equity firms, strategics, and elite advisors
What We're Looking For
J.D. and 2-5 years of M&A, PE, or corporate experience
Strong deal instincts and commercial judgment
Excellent communication and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Interest in stepping out of traditional legal practice and into the business side of deal-making
