Job description
CVS Health is seeking a Store Manager Rx (SM, Rx) to lead a single retail unit in Utah. You will recruit, coach and manage Front Store staff and other store teams to deliver operational and service excellence while upholding CVS Health’s Heart At Work values.
You will ensure effective scheduling, adherence to SOPs, and strong cross-functional collaboration with pharmacy and other in-store teams. This role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and a focus on safety and quality.
