Job description
Everlaw seeks a corporate counsel to support the contracting engine, reviewing, redlining, and negotiating customer and vendor agreements. You will partner with Sales and Finance, ensuring terms support revenue recognition, pricing, and deal velocity while leveraging AI tools in daily workflows.
The role is full-time and exempt, based in Oakland with a hybrid schedule and in-office days as described. JD and bar membership required.
