Job description
Apply your technology-transactions expertise to help train and evaluate AI systems for real-world contract review. This part-time remote contract role focuses on improving how AI identifies legal risk, interprets contract language, and supports more precise legal judgment.
Key Responsibilities Conduct simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.
Review and assess AI responses to contract scenarios, providing expert feedback to improve output quality and precision.
Develop objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria for contract-related AI tasks.
Work with product and research teams to refine training data, guidance, and best practices for AI-driven contract review.
Qualifications J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
At least 3 years of in-house technology-transactions experience, including negotiation of MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.
Strong contract drafting, review, negotiation, and redlining experience in the technology sector.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, close attention to detail, and strong analytical judgment.
Ability to turn legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.
Experience collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams in fast-paced environments and an interest in legal technology innovation.
Preferred Qualifications Experience with AI, legal technology, or training initiatives.
Corporate law firm experience in M&A or private-equity fund formation.
Work Terms Remote, part-time independent contractor engagement.
Contract work supporting legal AI research and evaluation.
Compensation $80 to $110 per hour.
