Job description
Cloudforce is seeking a customer marketing professional to design, execute, and optimize post-sale communications across onboarding to renewal. You will build email programs, content, and touchpoints in HubSpot, partnering with Customer Success to ensure timely, valuable messaging.
You will craft customer stories, case studies, and proof points to drive adoption, advocacy, and expansion, coordinating with sales and CS teams to engage accounts effectively.
