Job description
Trinnex is seeking a technically savvy SaaS Technical Support Analyst to join our growing team helping customers maximize the value of our water‑tech solutions. You will resolve technical issues, troubleshoot the SaaS platform, and work with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to improve the user experience and adoption.
