YMCA of the North is seeking a School Age Child Care Program Director to lead high-quality before and after-school programs and oversee program operations, staff supervision, and youth development. The role requires commitment to the YMCA core values and regular collaboration with the branch leadership team.
The position involves managing sites, developing curriculum, recruiting staff, and achieving enrollment and revenue goals. Local travel to program sites and some evenings may be required.
