Job description
Boston Scientific is seeking a Clinical Specialist Manager of Sacral Neuromodulation to lead the regional clinical team and drive development initiatives. You will coach clinical representatives, manage headcount, and align field activities with the sales and regional strategy.
In this role, you will spend substantial time in the field (60%), recruit top candidates, and partner with HR to build a robust bench of talent while maintaining compliance and strong program execution across territories.
