Job description
Join a high-impact enforcement operations role supporting safeguards and controls work for a fast-moving enterprise AI environment. This position focuses on CBRNE controls for trusted access and third-party enterprise operations, with flexibility to work in office (San Francisco, DC or New York preferred) or remotely for the right fit. CBRNE experience required.
Responsibilities
Support enforcement operations related to safeguards and controls within a trusted access program.
Work on CBRNE controls for enterprise and third-party access initiatives.
Partner with stakeholders to help maintain compliance-focused operational processes.
Assist with coordination and execution of work tied to ITAR-controlled technical data requirements.
Contribute to timely handling of urgent requests and operational follow-through.
Help ensure submission requirements are met accurately and in writing when applicable.
Provide dependable support in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
Skills
Experience supporting operations, compliance, safeguards, or controlled access programs.
Understanding of regulated environments and the importance of careful process adherence.
Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team priorities.
Strong attention to detail and clear written communication skills.
Comfort managing urgent work with professionalism and sound judgment.
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions.
Must be a U.S. person as defined under ITAR, or hold existing U.S. government export authorization.
Preferred Skills
Prior exposure to trusted access, export control, or security-related operations.
Experience in a technology, enterprise, or highly regulated setting.
Ability to adapt quickly in a role with changing needs and priorities.
Experience supporting cross-functional coordination or program operations.
