Safety AdminResponsible for understanding, upholding, and promoting the Everus 4EVER Strategy. Employees | Value | Execution | RelationshipsJOB SUMMARYThe Safety Admin is responsible for record keeping, document preparation and control, presentation development, and special projects. They provide customer service to internal and external customers and share in training and educational functions as directed.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSA working knowledge of office procedures and word processing software at a level normally acquired through completion of an associate's degree in a business or related field; and Three years' experience providing administrative support.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience in the construction industry.KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIESWorking knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to maintain highly confidential and sensitive information. Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESProvide administrative support for designated safety and office staff Companywide TBT (Toolbox Topic) signature tracking Onboarding Coordination Predictive Solutions Safety inspection tracking Note taking and assistance with incident reviews Special safety related projects Coordination with Safety teams on remote job sites Coordinate conference rooms for daily, weekly, and recurring meetings in a timely manner Assist as directed with office lunches, focus group lunches, FLT and any other special or recurring events, including ordering and cleaning up Attend weekly safety staff meetings; PPE may be required to attend these meetings Cross train to fill in for vacations or illness with other safety positions Train and be available for incident review data entry and meeting notes PPE distribution DB02 data entry Badging renewals and ROFs Perform additional duties as assigned.COMPENSATION & BENEFITSMedical, dental, and vision insurance Company paid term life insurance and AD&D coverage 401k retirement plan with employer match and company contribution PTO accrual of up to 120 hours in a full year (subject to plan terms thereafter) 7 company paid holidaysADDITIONAL INFORMATIONBackground check, credit check, MVR and drug screen may be required (will vary by position) Equal Opportunity Employer Everus Construction Group, Inc. and our subsidiaries do not work with any third-party recruiters or agencies without a valid signed agreement and partnership with the Corporate Human Resources Team.JOIN THE OEG TEAM OEG is one of the top electrical contractors on the West Coast.
