Room & Board is hiring a Safety & Compliance Specialist / Safety Manager in Golden Valley, MN, to protect staff health and well-being and embed safety into daily decision-making. Hybrid work schedule with in-office presence Tue–Thu.
You will lead audits, risk assessments, and training, partnering with leaders to strengthen safety culture and reduce risk across Delivery and Distribution operations. Ideal candidates hold a related degree and 5+ years in safety/compliance, with OSHA/DOT knowledge
