Job description
Capstone Mechanical, LP. is seeking a Safety Manager to strengthen safety culture across business units and ensure regulatory compliance. You will work with employees at all levels, develop and review safety programs, and lead incident investigations.
This role requires OSHA 30 and a track record in HVAC/mechanical settings. Responsibilities include reporting, training, PPE evaluation, and regular site visits to enforce safe practices. Travel domestically as needed.
