Corporate Safety and Security OfficerThe Corporate Safety and Security Officer provides a safe and secure environment for team members and visitors. Commitment and dedication to our Service culture and Hilton Values is an expected behavior to be displayed towards our team members and visitors at all times.Here's why you will love it here:Recognition Programs and RewardsExcellent health care options, including medical, dental, and visionA people-first cultureGo Hilton: Travel Discounts Program Hilton hotel rates worldwide.Perks at work: Employee Pricing platformEmployee Assistance Program that supports your physical and mental well-being.Paid Vacation Time and Paid Sick Days401(k) program with company matchTuition reimbursement programsNumerous learning and advancement opportunitiesAnd more!Responsibilities- Performs periodic and random inspections of the building and grounds protecting property from theft, embezzlement, vandalism, fire, and accidents.- Maintains standards enforced at locations such ID's, asset control, and key control.- Maintains inspection reports and records, advises management of deficiencies, as well as remedial or disciplinary efforts needed to correct deficiencies.- Investigates all security incidents, accidents, suspicious activities, safety and fire hazards and prepares a complete report to include statements from involved parties and witnesses.- Provides any needed assistance to team members and visitors within the department and company guidelines.- Provides outstanding service at all times including answering inquiries, directing traffic, providing directions, delivering packages, and information for general problem solving.- Patrol of the interior and perimeter of corporate offices/buildings to observe and identify potential security and safety risks or undesirable conditions.- Administer basic first aid and CPR as needed.- Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established and revised by HGVC from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position.- Carries out reasonable requests of management.QualificationsTo fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:HS/GED DiplomaCertified Lodging Security Officer Certification (must be obtained within 180 days of hire)Current CPR and First Aid Certification (must be obtained within 180 days of hire)When you join Hilton Grand Vacations, you join a group of Team Members dedicated to helping Owners and Guests around the world make every vacation they take a memorable one.
