Job description
GXO Logistics is seeking a Safety Supervisor for 1st shift to lead safety programs in a high-volume transportation and warehousing environment. You will oversee daily safety inspections, incident investigations and root-cause analysis, and ensure OSHA and DOT compliance across warehouse and yard operations. The role includes training associates on safe material-handling, equipment use and emergency procedures, analyzing safety data to reduce risks, and partnering with operations leaders to drive a strong safety culture. You’ll help implement standardized processes and continuous improvement initiatives to protect people, product and property.
