Job description

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking a Performance and Safety Specialist to deliver critical training programs, conduct New Hire Orientation, and teach CPR/First Aid as well as CPI training across sites in Arizona.

The PASS role ensures staff maintain competencies through ongoing monitoring and collaboration with the Training Department. The ideal candidate has healthcare experience and a background in education or training, with preferred certifications and a valid AZ driver’s license.
