Job description
Eagle Island Camp is seeking a Sailing Counselor to join our summer team on Upper Saranac Lake, NY. You will work with the Sailing Director to bring sailing to life, guiding campers to learn skills, build confidence, and enjoy island camp life across cabins, tents, and group activities.
You will live in a Grove with campers, contribute to a safe, inclusive environment, and participate in pre-camp training. This role requires energy, teamwork, and a love for working with girls in a remote summer
