The Job You Will Perform
Provide recruiting support to assigned recruiter(s) assisting with job posting, screening, scheduling interviews and travel.
Assist with correspondence to candidates, HR and hiring managers
Initiate and manage pre-employment assessment screenings
This position reports to the Business Talent Acquisition Leader or Team Lead
Develop high-level understanding of IP business and offerings
The Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge You Will Bring
1-2 years of administrative support experience in an HR environment
Previous recruiting experience is a plus
Proficiency with various job boards, recruiting tools and ATS is a plus
Action Oriented, Customer Focus, Interpersonal Skills, Dealing with Ambiguity, Time Management and Organizational Skills
