Job Summary
The Sales AE, reporting to VP Sales, will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth. Prospect, qualify, and close high-quality deals that deliver value for both parties. This role requires you to be three things: 1) a great human, 2) a great partner for our clients, and 3) a great salesperson.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver annual quota objectives through new logo & expansion efforts.
Establish and maintain a robust pipeline.
Deeply understand your client’s needs and structure our partnership in mutually beneficial ways.
Work collaboratively across functions and have fun doing it.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in eCommerce, retail media, and or media measurement sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Track record of being able to map and navigate complex retail focused manufacturer organizations (CPG and/or FMCG)
Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate insights into effective sales strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on building trust and transparency.
