Thermal Concepts provides high-quality HVAC services to commercial clients across the region. Our team specializes in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. We are committed to safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do Develop new business opportunities within the commercial and industrial HVAC market.
Assess customer needs and recommend customized HVAC solutions.
Prepare proposals, estimates, and technical documentation for prospective projects.
Partner with engineering, project management, and service teams to develop accurate project solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Conduct site visits, system evaluations, and project assessments.
Present solutions and proposals to clients and key decision-makers.
Negotiate project scope, pricing, and contract terms to secure new business.
Track sales opportunities, pipeline activity, and customer interactions.
Stay informed on HVAC technologies, industry trends, and applicable building codes.
Position Requirements
What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, HVAC Technology, or related field (preferred)
5+ years of experience in HVAC sales, estimating, or engineering
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and mechanical principles
Proven ability to develop sales strategies and close deals
Experience with AutoCAD or estimating software is a plus
