Job Description Role Summary MANN+HUMMEL Purolator Filters LLC seeks a Sales Account Manager OES to manage all OES accounts within the sales organization for automotive filtration products to passenger and heavy duty industry customers. Main tasks include pursuing new growth opportunities, with existing and new customers. Provide effective management of sales efforts in support of Business Plan Targets in sales, profitability, and accounts receivables performance. Provide regular updates to Sales Director. Maintain detailed knowledge of current and targeted profitability by product group and customer. Develop and implement innovative new business acquisition strategies within current customer base as well as targeted new customers. Serve as the primary managerial contact for Original Equipment Manufacturers(OEM)/Original Equipment Suppliers (OES) filter customers, responsible for ensuring both the customer and all appropriate organizations within MANN+HUMMEL are effectively managed. Follow up on proposal and quotes. Collaborate with others to provide global coordination of key customers.
Your Profile Education: Requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign educational equivalent) in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering or closely related field Experience: 3 years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Key Account Sales Executive or Manager, or closely related occupation in automotive OES or OEM sales. 3 years of experience: Selling filtration products and managing the accounts for OES or OEM passenger and Heavy Duty automotive manufacturers 3 years of experience with New Product Development lifecycle process for automotive filtration products, such as Simultaneous Engineering Process tools like xSEP; and with SAP. Travel required up to 10% of time to MANN+HUMMEL customer locations throughout the U.S. Full-time position with MANN+HUMMEL Purolator Filters LLC, located at 1 Wix Way, Gastonia, NC 28054
