Pay or shift range: $60,000 USD to $150,000 USD

We are one of the top volume domestic dealerships in the area, and our business keeps growing. Because of that growth, we are adding Sales Advisors to our team!
Our Average pay range $60k-150k per year - but has potential to be much higher depending on skill level!*

Responsibilities and Qualifications:
Previous car sales experience ideal but not required
Must Be Professional with a confident attitude
Knowledge of telephone, text and email techniques and etiquette
Strong customer service and phone skills
Efficient with Time management to be able to make a minimum of 100 call per day
Organized, self-motivated, enthusiastic and detail-oriented
Positive, flexible and process-oriented
Ability to converse with customers to discuss needs and direct appropriately within the dealership
Possess strong organizational, follow-up, Accurate record keeping
Ability to active listening and deliver 110% customer experience
Speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations
Quick thinker and learner
Previous call center experience (an asset but not required)
An interest in the automotive industry
Able to thrive in a fast paced, changing environment
Continuous Improvement Collaborate with Team Members Attentiveness
Saturdays required and some Sundays
