Whether it’s a small business or multi-until company, our sales professionals are trusted advisors who are working to put money back in the pocket of businesses.
What you will do:
You’ll use your strong communication to bring savings on gas utilities to business. You’ll work in a dynamic, collaborative environment, partnering closely with business owners, decision-makers, and teammates. This role involves providing savings by visiting customers at their businesses.
You will:
Listen and build trust: By showing up with integrity, empathy, and expertise, you’ll become a reliable advisor small business owners can count on throughout the sales process and beyond.
Prospect & generate leads : outbound calls/emails, follow-ups, and re-engaging past inquiries
Qualify businesses : confirm they’re commercial, location in Florida, current supplier/contract status, usage level, and decision-maker
Review customer bills & usage : gather a recent gas bill, spot savings opportunities, and build a simple comparison
Close & coordinate contracting : collect required info, support the signature process, and ensure paperwork is accurate
Maintain pipeline/CRM hygiene : log activity, update stages, set next steps, and keep forecasts realistic
Cultivate new business opportunities: identify and generate new business leads within your territory to maximize outreach and growth.

Shows up every day ready to prospect (not just “work the warm leads”)
Can speak clearly with owners/GM/CFO-type decision make
Writes clean follow-up emails and keeps next steps simple
Asks good questions (usage, contract timing, pain points)
Explains options without being pushy—guides the customer to a decision
Can request a bill naturally, review basic line items, and talk through savings logically
Doesn’t get intimidated by rates, terms, and usage patterns
Can politely persist, follow up, and keep momentum without annoying people
Tracks every lead, sets follow-ups, and keeps a clean pipeline/CRM
Understands that most deals are won in follow-up, not the first call
Learns deregulation/provider choice and can explain it simply
Understands the value of fixed/variable/capped pricing and when each fits
How NGF invests in you:
Compensation: Unlimited earning potential with uncapped commissions. Based upon performance, new sales advisors can expect to earn $10,000 monthly.
On-boarding: 30/60/90 day plan with clear targets. Product & Market Training. Call Shadowing and role playing.
On Going Coaching: Weekly 1:1 pipeline review. Call coaching. Micro-training.
