Role Overview Apply your securities and commodities market expertise to create rigorous evaluation tasks that help train next-generation AI systems. You will develop realistic, multi-step market scenarios using authentic materials and reflect the practical complexity of trading, client advisory, and compliance-focused work. Prior AI experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities Design realistic evaluation tasks for AI agents involving securities and commodities trading, client advisory, and compliance reasoning.
Work with substantial datasets and source materials, including CSV files, PDFs, spreadsheets, technical documentation, market data, client documentation, and regulatory references.
Source, compile, and curate supporting materials for authentic market scenarios.
Define and justify correct market decisions or advisory actions with explicit consideration of regulatory and compliance frameworks.
Create comprehensive grading rubrics with 35 or more items to assess market judgment, compliance sensitivity, and client communication accuracy.
Ensure tasks reflect real day-to-day financial operations rather than simplified examples.
Collaborate with technical teams to clarify task intent and refine benchmarking standards.
Qualifications Sales mastery, sound market judgment, compliance sensitivity, and strong client documentation skills.
Active Series 7/63 license or an international equivalent demonstrating regulatory proficiency.
At least 4 years of experience at a brokerage, bank, or trading platform, including substantial exposure to compliance-driven workflows.
Direct experience executing trades and providing client advisory services within securities and commodities markets.
Fluency reviewing and interpreting market data, technical documentation, and regulatory materials.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce clear, precise, comprehensive technical documentation.
Demonstrated ability to design nuanced tasks and grading rubrics for real-world financial operations.
Remote, independent experience delivering complex work is preferred.
Work Terms Remote contract engagement.
Compensation is output-based and paid per task that meets project specifications.
Time required per task varies based on experience and workflow.
Minimum submission requirements apply, including a minimum number of task submissions each week.
Selected candidates should be prepared to begin their first tasks within 24 to 48 hours after completing the required onboarding steps.
Compensation $30 to $80 per hour.
