Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated, personable Sales & Design Consultant to join our growing closet company in the Greater Metro Detroit area. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and closing sales. You don’t need a background in design, we will teach you the products, design process, and provide the tools you need to be successful.
What You’ll Do
Meet with company-provided leads in clients’ homes
Meet with homeowners to understand their needs, preferences, and goals
Assess the space and identify opportunities for an effective storage solution
Create customized closet and organization solutions that fit the client’s needs and budget
Present your design and guide the client through available options
Build trust and establish strong relationships with clients
Consult with clients throughout the process and work toward a successful sale
Manage your appointments, follow-ups, and sales pipeline
Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation
