What a Sales and Marketing Associate does
As a Sales and Marketing Associate, you'll represent well-known brands at live retail campaigns and promotional events, connecting with customers face to face. You will:
Engage customers and promote products, services, and current offers
Have confident, friendly sales conversations
Understand customer needs and recommend the right solution
Guide customers through the sign-up and purchase process
Help run and set up eye-catching promotional spaces
Work with your team to hit individual and team sales targets
What we're looking for
Strong communication skills and a positive, outgoing attitude
A competitive, results-driven mindset
Willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic
Team player who can also work independently
Experience in sales, marketing, retail, hospitality, events, or customer service is a plus, but not required

Weekly base pay of $500-$750, with OTE of $850-$1,300 per week
