Sales and Marketing Associate, Industrial Products

Every compressor, pump, sterilizer, and hydraulic press has a pressure gauge on it. We’re the company that supplies those gauges, and we custom-design them to enhance our clients' brand and equipment performance. Our customers are American manufacturers who build everything from commercial kitchen equipment to industrial machinery.
We’re looking for a someone who wants to develop into technical sales career.
What you’ll do
Learn our products and our customers’ equipment: how it works, where the gauge goes, and what the operator needs to see
Design custom gauge dial mock-ups with AI and design tools, so customers can see what their branded product would look like
Research manufacturers and their machines to find new ways we can help them
Build customer-specific presentations and marketing materials
Run our customer desk: quotes, orders, and answering customer questions. This is where you learn the business from the inside.
Over time, take ownership of your own customer accounts and grow them
Where this goes
First 6 months: Learn the products, the customers, and the desk.
6–12 months: Own accounts and start reaching out to new customers
1–3 years: Grow into a technical sales role with your own customers, incentive pay, and a path to six figures
You’ll do well here if you’re
Organized and detail-oriented. People can count on you.
Comfortable talking with people on the phone and over email, or willing to get there
Someone who takes ownership and is open to coaching
Already using AI tools and wanting to use them more
Bonus points for mechanical curiosity. Did you rebuild a dirt bike, work on a Formula SAE or robotics team, spend time in a machine shop, or take apart things just to see how they work? You don’t need an engineering degree. You just need to be curious about machines.
What you need
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, supply chain, engineering, engineering technology, or a related field. December 2026 grads are welcome.
0–3 years of experience. Internships, co-ops, and part-time jobs all count.
Solid Excel and writing skills
Able to work on-site in Westlake, OH, Monday–Friday
What you get
$48,000–$55,000 base salary.
