The Role
We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Associate who’s excited about creating impact through marketing and customer engagement. In this role, you’ll learn how to design customer-focused interactions, share brand stories, and contribute to campaigns that drive measurable results.
What You’ll Do
Represent leading brands and deliver engaging in-store experiences
Communicate value through effective storytelling and tailored solutions
Collaborate with team members on marketing strategies and promotions
Provide exceptional customer service to build trust and loyalty
Contribute to brand growth by achieving sales and marketing goals
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and presentation skills
A passion for branding, marketing, and customer engagement
Positive, adaptable, and motivated to grow
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or marketing is a plus (not required)
High school diploma or equivalent required; college preferred
$18–$24/hour pay
Paid training with a focus on marketing and sales strategy
