Our team helps customers choose the right materials, colors, finishes, and design combinations for their projects while providing personalized service and practical solutions. With a strong selection of in-stock products and design support, our goal is to make the renovation and material-selection process easier, faster, and more inspiring.
Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team full-time at our Bay Shore, NY showroom.
This is a customer-facing role that combines showroom sales, customer service, relationship building, and marketing support .
Responsibilities include:
Welcoming customers and understanding their project needs, style, and budget
Recommending tile, flooring, and design options
Preparing quotes, processing orders, and following up with customers
Building and maintaining relationships with contractors, designers, builders, and homeowners
Keeping showroom displays organized and up to date
Supporting social media content, product promotions, and digital marketing activities
Updating product listings and helping promote new inventory and special offers
Assisting with showroom events, designer presentations, and promotional campaigns
Following up with leads and helping convert inquiries into showroom visits and sales
Working with the team to meet sales goals and provide an excellent customer experience
QualificationsStrong communication and customer service skills
Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or a related customer-facing role
Comfortable speaking with customers, presenting products, and helping close sales
Interest in interior design, home improvement, tile, flooring, or building materials is a plus
Good sense of color, style, and design is helpful
Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, POS systems, and basic computer tools
Familiarity with social media and basic marketing is preferred
Organized, dependable, outgoing, and comfortable following up with customers and leads
Ability to work full-time on-site in Bay Shore, NY , including some weekends as needed
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in marketing, business, design, or a related field is a plus
