Sales And Production SpecialistFor 30 years, FASTSIGNS of Englewood has been a part of the Englewood community and we're looking for someone to join our team as a Sales and Production Specialist. At FASTSIGNS Englewood, we've worked very hard to create a culture that is customer-focused while also having fun with our team. This has allowed us to become a million dollar plus center while retaining amazing team members that get the job done. Jason, our Production Manager, is a wealth of knowledge and has the technical ability to get even the most complicated job done. Our Account Manager, Megan, has been with us for over ten years and knows many of our customers by name and how to quickly brighten a team member's day. When we're not working hard, our team enjoys team-building activities like supporting a local restaurant for happy hour, holding a "backyard" barbeque out of our garage, or challenging each other to Mario Kart on the N64 during retro game night. It offers 2,000 more square feet of work space, new equipment updates, and an expanded vehicle wrap bay. If this sounds like someplace you'd like to work, then take a look at the details for the Sales and Production Specialist position and send us your resume!Duties include:Answering phone calls.Assisting customers via email and in person with questions, orders, and picking up completed projects.Calling customers when orders are completed.Organizing, inventorying, and ordering materials.Working with customers in a consultative way to suggest the best solutions for their projects.Helping to uphold company procedures.Hitting deadlines and meeting production goals.Cutting printed graphics using a variety of wall cutters, saws, and X-acto blades, as well as applying the product to substrates.Printing directly to or painting substrates for orders.Occasionally assisting the installer on off-site installs.Completing site surveys and sending in locates.Presenting a professional demeanor and image to our clients.Performing a daily clean up at the end of the day with the help of other team members.Updating center graphics to keep the center looking fresh and up-to-date.Work is mostly indoors and outdoors and requires everything from customer service to physical labor to detailed, artistic work.Position qualifications include:Strong verbal and written communication skillsBasic math skillsAble to work well under pressure to output high volume, high quality workAble to stand for long periods of timeAble to lift 50 or more poundsMust have the flexibility to lean over a waist-high table and use back forth hand motions to apply vinyl letters and graphics to a substrateAble to use light power equipmentMust have Colorado driver license and clean driving recordExperience:Experience in the sign and graphics industry is a plus, but not a requirement.What we're offering:$20 to $23 per hour, depending on experience.Health insurance.401k with matching.Paid vacation and personal days.Full time.At FASTSIGNS, every day is unique and presents exciting opportunities, including new ways to use your talent and grow your skills.
