nAs a Sales Assistant at Ryan Homes, a brand of NVR, you will use your dedication and energy to support our new home sales success. Join our team and be an integral partner within the Division's sales team. Your attention to detail will ensure our model homes are a great presentation of our product, your energy will help support our Sales Consultant Team from model supplies to competitive shopping and sales administration functions.
nPrimary Responsibilities
nnnConduct regular prospecting and appointment setting activities
n
nnMonitor model home appearance for customer presentation standards
n
nnEnsure adequate supply of sales materials are on hand at model
n
nnDemonstrate model home and present community/floorplan features to customers
n
n nQualifications
nnnAt least 1 year of sales or administrative experience
n
nnDemonstrated customer service and interpersonal skills
n
nnExcellent planning, organization, communication, and administrative skills
n
nnAvailable to work 5 days each week, including 3 weekends each month
n
nnHomebuilding or Real Estate experience is a plus
n
