What You'll Do This is a hands-on, active sales role - not a cashier position. You will: Greet every customer, every time - no exceptions Ask questions, listen actively, and guide customers through a full-service fitting experience Stay curious & continuously learn about footwear, foot health, and orthotic solutions Follow our selling approach to meet and exceed personal sales goals Help maintain a positive, professional environment Stay active, engaged, and present on the sales floor - no standing around Who Thrives Here You'll love this role if you are: Friendly and confident talking to anyone Motivated by goals, growth, and earning opportunity Quick to learn new information and adapt in a fast paced training environment Comfortable staying active - standing, bending, lifting, and fitting shoes or adjusting stock throughout an 8-10 hour shift Dependable, on time, and professional Eager to learn and open to feedback If you want a passive retail job or prefer just ringing people up, this isn't the right fit.
